REVISION POLICY

Our package includes multiple revisions within the specified limit. You can submit your change requests within this allocated limit, as outlined in your package details. Our commitment to exceptional service means we'll continue revising until your needs are fulfilled. There won't be any extra charges for adjustments to the original design. Your revised design will be ready within 48 hours. However, any change requests made after finalizing the website designs will be treated as a new order and might have additional fees.

REFUND POLICY

Here's the refund policy for The Chromo Sphere:

• Clients who opt for a custom package cannot request refunds.
• Clients who have requested revisions are not eligible for refunds.
• If there is no communication for more than two weeks from the start of the project, refund eligibility is voided.
• Refunds are granted only following company policy.
• Hiring other companies for the same project makes clients ineligible for a refund.
• Refunds are issued only if the creative brief contains essential information.
• Refunds are not available for complete design changes.
• Refund requests outside the stipulated time frame are not considered.
• Refunds are not provided if the business changes, such as closure or name changes.
• Refunds are not granted for reasons like 'change of mind' or 'disagreement with a partner.'
• If dissatisfied with a specific service in a bundle, a refund is applicable only for that service.
• No refunds are available after 15 days from the purchase date.
• Services like Social Media, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not processed once the client approves the website design for development.
• A money-back guarantee applies only if the client entirely rejects initial designs. Additional concepts or modifications incur a 33% deduction for costs incurred.

Please note that The Chromo Sphere reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract. After a refund, clients relinquish all rights to use the designs, which become the property of The Chromo Sphere.
